Terms and Conditions

Appointment Scheduling:

All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through the designated booking system.

Once booked, you will recieve an initial form, which covers your relevant personal, medical and lifestyle history. Failure to fill in the form prior to your consult may result in a less comprehensive understanding of your individual needs and goals, potentially limiting the effectiveness of the consultation and the ability to provide personalised dietary recommendations.

As the services offered are currently telehealth-based service, clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and a secure internet connection to receive video calls.

Payment Terms:

Payment for each appointment is required in full prior to the appointment time. Various payment methods are accepted, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer.

Late Arrivals, Non-Attendance and Cancellation Policy:

Our goal is to uphold punctuality to ensure that each client receives their allocated time. If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened, and the full fee will still be charged.

If you haven't joined the telehealth call within 5 minutes, your dietitian will reach out to you by phone. If you still haven't connected after 15 minutes, it will be considered as a missed session, and it will be forfeited.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

All information shared by clients during appointments will be maintained with strict confidentiality, adhering to privacy laws and regulations.

Zoe Selby Dietitian may share information with other healthcare professionals involved in your care only with your explicit consent.

Private Health Insurance Coverage and Reimbursement:

Clients are accountable for verifying their insurance coverage for dietetic services and any associated out-of-pocket expenses with their insurance providers.

After your appointment, you will provided with a receipt via email for you to submit to your health fund for reimbursement. To find out more about this check the Services section.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be evaluated individually and may be subject to administrative charges. No refunds will be issued for services already provided.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Zoe Selby Dietitian reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes
