Initial Appointment - 60 Minutes:
During this session, we'll dive into your nutrition goals while conducting a comprehensive nutrition assessment. This process enables me to gain deeper insight into your individual needs, ensuring personalised guidance. You'll receive essential strategies, tailored nutrition recommendations, and a customised meal plan to kick-start your journey towards better health.
Review Appointment - 30 Minutes:
Seeking more frequent check-ins? Our sessions are crafted to support your long-term journey towards sustainable changes and enhanced education, personalized to meet your evolving needs. Rather than quick fixes, we focus on fostering lasting transformations. These check-ins provide an opportunity to address challenges and collaboratively strategise solutions, ensuring continuous support along the way.

Private Health and Medicare
Rebates
Medicare or Private Health rebates when applicable will be completed by you. After the appointment, you will receive an invoice via email. This will provide all the details you need to claim your rebate, which can be completed online.
Private Health
If you are unsure about the amount your private health will provide you, please give them a call prior to your initial consultation. Different health funds will offer different rebates and your level of cover will also dictate the refund you receive.
Medicare
To be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate, you need to have a current Enhanced Primary Care Plan OR Eating Disorder Treatment Plan from your GP. You need to ensure that this plan is referred directly to myself, Zoe Selby and includes allocated dietitian appointments to be able to make your claim. The rebate can then be completed online or face-to-face at your local Medicare.
